Your selection updates the lender's APR and payment factor for every plan.
Monthly payment = financed loan amount × ELN monthly payment factor. Fees are calculated on financed principal. Contractor payout targets and customer borrowing amounts are different.
At-a-glance comparison
How dealer fees are calculated
Customer loan mode: Fee = financed principal × dealer fee rate; effective net after ACH fee = loan − fee.
Job price / contractor net mode: Financed principal = desired effective net ÷ (1 − dealer fee percentage), with cent-level rounding. Each plan may require a different loan. ELN collects contractor fees separately by ACH after funding, so the effective net subtracts that subsequent payment.
Important financing terms
Loan limits vary by program and plan, ranging from $5,000 to $150,000 overall. ZIP and PPA programs have additional restrictions. Borrowers must have a credit score of at least 650 and satisfy underwriting criteria.
Payment estimates use ELN’s rounded published payment factors rather than calculating amortization from APR; lender payments may differ slightly. APRs shown include the 0.50% autopay discount. Fee is calculated on the financed amount and collected by ACH from the contractor, per ELN. Rates are subject to change and lender approval.
